Corina Fall, Methamphetamine Conspiracy, Maine 2018-2019

PORTLAND, Maine—A New Hampshire woman has been sentenced for her role in a massive methamphetamine conspiracy that spanned two years and crossed state lines.

Corina Fall, 47, was sentenced to 90 months in prison and five years of supervised release by U.S. District Judge D. Brock Hornby for conspiring to distribute over 500 grams of methamphetamine.

According to court records, between March 2018 and February 2019, Fall conspired with her husband and others to distribute methamphetamine in New Hampshire and Maine.

In a shocking turn of events, Fall and her husband were stopped by the Illinois State Police while bringing methamphetamine back to New England from California. Law enforcement officers seized nearly a kilogram of methamphetamine from their vehicle as part of that traffic stop.

Investigators later made multiple controlled purchases of methamphetamine from Fall and her co-conspirators, bringing the total amount of methamphetamine distributed to over 500 grams.

Authorities say that Fall was living in Rumford, Maine at the time of the conspiracy.

The U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration, the Rumford Police Department, the Maine Drug Enforcement Agency, the New Hampshire State Police, the New Hampshire Attorney General’s Drug Task Force, the Carroll County (New Hampshire) Sheriff’s Office and the Illinois State Police investigated the case.

Fall pleaded guilty on June 3, 2021, and will serve her sentence in a federal prison.
