Rochester Man Pleads Guilty To Heroin Conspiracy
A Rochester man has pleaded guilty to heroin conspiracy charges, officials announced today. Daiquan Hill, 25, of Rochester, NY, admitted to conspiring to distribute heroin between January 2018 and June 14, 2018.
According to Assistant U.S. Attorney Cassie Kocher, the defendant distributed quantities of fentanyl to customers and directed others as to when, where, and how much narcotics to deliver to customers. The charge carries a maximum penalty of 20 years in prison and a $1,000,000 fine.
The plea is the result of an investigation by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, the Rochester Police Department, U.S. Border Patrol, the Federal Bureau of Investigation, and the Drug Enforcement Administration.
Hill is scheduled to be sentenced on September 5, 2019, at 10:00 a.m. before U.S. District Judge David G. Larimer. The sentencing will take place in Rochester, NY.
