WEARE, NH – Dale Stewart, 54, of Webster, New Hampshire, is facing serious federal charges after allegedly unleashing two pipe bomb explosions in the quiet town of Weare this past week. According to charging documents unsealed Friday, Stewart allegedly constructed and detonated the destructive devices on April 26, 2023, and April 27, 2023.
