Dallas Humber, Terrorist Solicitation, California 2024

Dallas Humber, the ruthless leader of the terroristic outfit known as the Terrorgram Collective, has today faced the music as she pleaded guilty to a litany of heinous charges. The 35-year-old Elk Grove native admitted her role in soliciting hate crimes and the cold-blooded murder of federal officials, according to the Justice Department.

Humber’s actions were nothing short of sinister. She orchestrated a transnational network that promoted white supremacy, incited violence, and sought out terror attacks on critical infrastructure. Assistant Attorney General Harmeet K. Dhillon made it clear: ‘Hate and terror have no place in this country or abroad.’

Assistant Attorney General for National Security John A. Eisenberg echoed the sentiment, stating that Humber’s actions posed a direct threat to national security, and she would be held accountable.

Humber’s reign of terror extended beyond U.S. borders. She inspired acts of violence internationally, from shooting sprees in Slovakia and Brazil to a stabbing attack outside a Turkish mosque. Her influence was global, her impact chilling.

According to the Justice Department, Humber served as the Terrorgram Collective’s leader from July 2022 until her arrest last September. During this time, she solicited individuals to commit hate crimes, terrorist attacks, and assassinations. The plea agreement suggests a sentence of 25 to 30 years in prison.

The FBI Sacramento Field Office, along with various foreign and domestic law enforcement agencies, investigated the case. Humber is scheduled to be sentenced on December 5, 2025, by U.S. District Judge Dena Coggins.
