Bank Robber Caught in Tyler
TYLER, Texas – A brazen bank robbery in Tyler has led to the arrest of a 37-year-old McKinney man, authorities announced on August 25, 2014. Daniel River Burson, 37, is accused of robbing the Capitol One Bank on New Copeland Road in Tyler on August 11, 2014.
According to the U.S. Attorney’s Office, Burson allegedly entered the bank and demanded money from the teller. The investigation, led by the Federal Bureau of Investigation and the Tyler Police Department, identified Burson as the suspect.
