WHEELING, WEST VIRGINIA – In a shocking turn of events, a federal court has convicted a notorious narcotics trafficker of distributing large quantities of heroin and crack cocaine in Marshall County, West Virginia.
Devon J. Ball, 29, of Columbus, Ohio, was found guilty of conspiring with others to possess and distribute these highly addictive substances throughout October and November 2014.
A thorough investigation by the West Virginia State Police uncovered a complex web of crime that led to Ball’s arrest and subsequent conviction.
Ball, a repeat offender, faces up to 20 years in prison and a fine of up to $1,000,000.00 for his crimes.
