Edmund Carman, Felon in Possession, Indiana 2015
Hammond, Indiana — In a shocking turn of events, 39-year-old Edmund Carman of Gary, Indiana has pleaded guilty to being a felon in possession of a firearm. According to sources, the charge was filed as a result of an investigation by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives.
Carman is set to be sentenced on April 30, 2015. If convicted, any specific sentence to be imposed will be determined by the judge after a consideration of federal sentencing statutes and the Federal Sentencing Guidelines.
