Edward Henry Pratt, Assault and Felon-in-Possession, Montana 2013

Great Falls, Montana – In a shocking turn of events, a 34-year-old resident of Browning has been arraigned on federal charges of assault with intent to commit murder, assault resulting in serious bodily injury, assault with a dangerous weapon, and being a felon-in-possession of a firearm.

The accused, Edward Henry Pratt, appeared in federal court on April 23, 2013, before U.S. Magistrate Judge Keith Strong. If convicted of these charges, Pratt faces possible penalties of 20 years in prison, a $250,000 fine, and 3 years supervised release.
