ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. — Grimy Times has exclusively obtained details on a shocking case involving Isaias Magana, 41, a sex offender with a dark history that now includes charges for illegal reentry into the United States.
Magana, a native of El Salvador, was nabbed by U.S. Border Patrol Agents in the early hours of August 13th, as they discovered him and two others trying to hide in the arid New Mexico desert brush. A quick records check revealed a sordid past that included an aggravated felony conviction for sexual offenses in Utah.
The defendant had been deported to El Salvador from the United States through Phoenix, Arizona, back in April 2019. However, federal law stipulates that aliens who have been arrested and convicted of such serious crimes are not permitted to return without explicit consent for admission.
