Erin Nicole Hodge, Assault Resulting in Serious Bodily Injury, Oklahoma 2024

Erin Nicole Hodge, age 30, of Wewoka, Oklahoma, has pleaded guilty to one count of Assault Resulting in Serious Bodily Injury in Indian Country, a crime punishable by up to 10 years in prison and a $250,000 fine.

The guilty plea was announced by the United States Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Oklahoma, and it stems from an incident that occurred on February 10, 2024, in which Hodge allegedly assaulted a victim, resulting in serious bodily injury.

The crime took place in Seminole County, within the boundaries of the Seminole Nation Reservation, in the Eastern District of Oklahoma. The investigation into the incident was conducted by the Seminole Nation Lighthorse Police Department and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives.

According to the Indictment, Hodge’s actions on February 10, 2024, resulted in serious bodily injury to the victim. The Honorable D. Edward Snow, U.S. Magistrate Judge in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Oklahoma, accepted the plea and ordered the completion of a presentence investigation report.

A U.S. District Court Judge will determine the sentence to be imposed after considering the U.S. Sentencing Guidelines and other statutory factors.
