The grim reaper of Eufaula has met his fate. Sean Deval Warrior, also known as Sean G, has been handed a 150-month sentence for his role in the methamphetamine distribution conspiracy that terrorized Eastern Oklahoma.
According to the United States Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Oklahoma, Warrior’s reign of crime came to an end as he was sentenced to 150 months imprisonment followed by a harsh 36-months of supervised release. His offense? Distribution of Methamphetamine, a Schedule II Controlled Substance, as outlined in Title 21, United States Code, Sections 841(a)(1) and (b)(1)(C).
Warrior’s downfall was the result of an intensive investigation led by the District 18 and District 25 Drug and Violent Crime Task Forces. The Eufaula Police Department and the Drug Enforcement Administration were also instrumental in this joint effort that ultimately resulted in Warrior’s arrest.
The defendant, who was indicted in August 2014, entered a guilty plea in September 2014. His sentence for distributing meth on or about January 24, 2014, was delivered by the Honorable Ronald A. White, District Judge of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Oklahoma in Muskogee.
Warrior will remain in the custody of the United States Marshal Service until he is transported to a federal prison where his sentence will be served without the possibility of parole.
The Assistant United States Attorney Rob Wallace represented the prosecution. Warrior’s conviction and sentence serve as a stark reminder that the war against drugs continues, and those who peddle its poison will face the full brunt of the law.
