Michigan City Man Sentenced to 96 Months in Prison
A 38-year-old man from Michigan City, Indiana, has been slapped with a harsh sentence for illegally possessing a firearm. Faheem Pasha, a convicted felon, was found guilty of being a felon in possession of a firearm.
According to documents, on January 12, 2018, Pasha, who had a prior felony conviction in LaPorte County, sold a firearm to an individual. This egregious act led to his downfall as authorities discovered his long history of run-ins with the law.
Pasha has been convicted of felonies on four prior occasions, had his probation revoked three times, and accumulated eleven misdemeanor convictions. What’s more, he had four cases pending at the time of the alleged offense.

Miller, Jr. The 38-year-old has been sentenced to 96 months in prison, followed by two years of supervised release.
