Federal prosecutors in the Northern District of California unveiled a stunning narcotics conspiracy indictment against Noah Roskin-Frazee, 37, a suspected kingpin in the lucrative trade.
According to court documents, Roskin-Frazee orchestrated a complex web of dealers and distributors who funneled massive quantities of illicit substances into the San Francisco Bay Area. The operation allegedly generated millions of dollars in revenue, funding Roskin-Frazee’s lavish lifestyle.
Law enforcement sources indicate that the investigation, dubbed ‘Operation: Red Zone,’ began in 2021, when authorities seized a large cache of narcotics and firearms from a San Rafael residence linked to Roskin-Frazee. The subsequent probe led to the identification of multiple co-conspirators, including Keith Latteri, a 29-year-old Oakland resident who allegedly served as a key lieutenant.
USA v. Roskin-Frazee, Docket No. 3:23-cr-00471, names Roskin-Frazee, Latteri, and several others as defendants. The indictment charges Roskin-Frazee with one count of conspiracy to distribute controlled substances, punishable by up to life imprisonment. Latteri faces charges for his alleged role in the narcotics conspiracy.
The case has left many in the Bay Area reeling, as authorities continue to disrupt the region’s narcotics trade. ‘Noah Roskin-Frazee’s alleged crimes have caused irreparable harm to our community,’ said a spokesperson for the U.S. Attorney’s Office. ‘We will relentlessly pursue justice for the victims and their families.’
Roskin-Frazee’s defense team, led by attorneys Miranda Kane and Eric C. Nemecek, has yet to comment on the charges. Pre-trial motions are scheduled to begin April 10, 2024, in the U.S. District Court, Northern District of California.
