Bangor, Maine – In a shocking turn of events, Timothy Daniel Davis, 61, of Winter Harbor, Maine, has pleaded guilty to being a felon in possession of a firearm. This disturbing crime took place in June 2016, when Davis allegedly possessed a shotgun while threatening another man.
Further investigation revealed that on May 15, 2017, Davis was found to be in possession of a 12 gauge, double-barreled shotgun at his Winter Harbor apartment.
