Pablo Soriano-Villareal, Heroin Distribution, Oklahoma 2019

Tulsa, OK – In a joint operation that began in June 2019, five men have been charged in separate Criminal Complaints for allegedly conspiring to distribute heroin in the Northern District of Oklahoma.

The individuals apprehended by authorities on Wednesday are Pablo Soriano-Villareal, Diego Carrillo-Lopez, Felix Gil-Cardenas, David Hernandez-Perez, and Oscar Delgado-Trujillo, all of whom were involved in a drug trafficking organization that sold heroin in Tulsa.

“Drug traffickers working in Oklahoma should know that the DEA and U.S. Attorney’s Office will relentlessly pursue them to disrupt and dismantle their organizations,” said U.S. Attorney Trent Shores. “These types of cases involve collaborative investigative efforts. I commend the DEA for their role as the lead agency in this case and am appreciative of the important contributions by the FBI and Tulsa Police Department as well. We must get heroin off our streets.”

A Criminal Complaint is a set of allegations that, if the case were to proceed to trial, the government would need to prove beyond a reasonable doubt. Defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

The Drug Enforcement Administration, FBI, and Tulsa Police Department are the investigative agencies. Assistant U.S. Attorney Eric O. Johnston is prosecuting the case.

The apprehension of these five men is a significant blow to the heroin trafficking organization, and the U.S. Attorney’s Office will continue to work tirelessly to disrupt and dismantle these types of organizations. The community is safer with these individuals off the streets, and we will continue to pursue justice for those affected by heroin trafficking.”
