JOHNSTOWN, Pa. – Adrian Flores-Flores, 22, a citizen of Mexico, is facing federal charges after being indicted by a grand jury for illegally re-entering the United States. Flores-Flores stands accused of one count of re-entry of an illegal alien. The indictment alleges that on March 27, 2013, authorities discovered him within the confines of Bedford, Pennsylvania, despite a prior deportation on June 19, 2009. He is accused of circumventing legal channels and unlawfully crossing the border without the necessary permission from the Secretary of the Department of Homeland Security.
