Gretna Man Sentenced for Selling Counterfeit Social Security Cards
A Gretna man has been sentenced for selling counterfeit Social Security cards. According to court documents, Froilan Ignacio Miranda-Ramos, age 30, sold counterfeit Social Security cards on four separate occasions to confidential informants working with the Department of Homeland Security.
Maximum Penalties
Miranda-Ramos faces a maximum term of imprisonment of fifteen years, a maximum fine of $250,000, a maximum term of supervised release of three years, and a mandatory $100 special assessment.
