Federal Judge Hands Down 22-Month Prison Sentence to Gary Gibson
Columbia, South Carolina—In a significant blow to recidivism, United States District Judge R. Bryan Harwell of Florence sentenced Gary Gibson to 22 months imprisonment and 5 years supervised release for failure to register as a sex offender, a violation of 18 U.S.C. § 2250(a).
