Harrisburg Woman Charged With Maintaining a Drug-Involved Premises

HARRISBURG – Phiniqua Moore, 19, of Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, has been charged with maintaining a drug-involved premises, according to a recent indictment.

According to United States Attorney David J. Freed, the information alleges that between November 2017 and December 2017, Moore maintained premises located on Hunter Street in Harrisburg for the purpose of distributing cocaine base and marijuana.

The case was investigated by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives and the Harrisburg City Police Department. Assistant U.S. Attorney Carlo D. Marchioli is prosecuting the case.

This case is part of Project Safe Neighborhoods (PSN), a program that brings together all levels of law enforcement and the communities they serve to reduce violent crime and make our neighborhoods safer for everyone.

Informations are only allegations. All persons charged are presumed to be innocent unless and until found guilty in court.

A sentence following a finding of guilt is imposed by the Judge after consideration of the applicable federal sentencing statutes and the Federal Sentencing Guidelines.

The maximum penalty under federal law for this offense is imprisonment for 20 years, a term of supervised release following imprisonment, and a fine.
