A 22-year-old woman from Fairmont, West Virginia, has been found guilty of a firearms charge in a federal court in Clarksburg.
Heather N. Windsor, a resident of Fairmont, pleaded guilty to one count of ‘False Statement During the Purchase of a Firearm.’ The charge stems from her actions in July 2016, when she made a false statement during the purchase of a 5.56 mm caliber pistol in Monongalia County.
