Defendant’s Guilty Plea to Methamphetamine Charge
ELKINS, WEST VIRGINIA – In a shocking turn of events, Jacob Paul Wilson, 28, of Harmon, West Virginia, has admitted to distributing more than five grams of methamphetamine in Randolph County, West Virginia.
