Child Pornography Distribution Lands Billings Man 5 Years in Prison

James Hayden McClelland, a 22-year-old from Billings, Missouri, has been sentenced to 5 years in federal prison without parole for receiving and distributing child pornography over the Internet.

On May 19, 2014, McClelland pleaded guilty to the charges.
