Vernon, Ohio, has been sentenced to 42 months (3.5 years) in prison for making threatening and hostile comments on a popular social media platform, which advocated for violence against law enforcement and government officials.
The charges against Graham-Woods include Possession of a Firearm by a Prohibited Person, a conviction for Domestic Violence in 2012, and Interstate Communications with a Threat to Injure. He was sentenced by U.S. District Judge James R. Knepp after pleading guilty last November.
According to court documents, from about June to September 2023, Graham-Woods made several threatening and hostile comments on a popular social media platform which advocated for violence against law enforcement and government officials.
