Jerry L. Jensen joined the U.S. Trustee Program in 1989 as a trial attorney in the Omaha office and was appointed as the Assistant U.S. Trustee there in 2019. The U.S. Trustee Program is responsible for protecting the integrity of the bankruptcy system by overseeing case administration and litigating to enforce bankruptcy laws. With 21 regions and 90 field office locations, the program has a significant impact on the lives of millions of Americans.
