Tampa Felon Charged with Possession of Firearm and Ammunition
Tampa, FL – In a shocking turn of events, Jojuan Lindsey, a 27-year-old convicted felon from St. Petersburg, has been indicted for possession of a firearm and ammunition. This egregious crime has left law enforcement officials reeling and residents wondering what could have been done to prevent it.
According to the indictment, on December 27, 2022, Lindsey possessed a Glock model 42 semiautomatic pistol and six rounds of Hornady 38 Auto ammunition. This is a stark reminder of the dangers posed by individuals who have previously demonstrated a disregard for the law.
Lindsey’s rap sheet is a damning indictment of his character. He has previously been convicted of six felonies, including battery of a law enforcement officer, burglary, fleeing or eluding a law enforcement officer, and three separate convictions for sale or delivery of heroin.
