CAMDEN, N.J. – Joseph Cooper, a Gloucester County man, has been brought to justice for his heinous crimes. The 76-year-old Williamstown resident was sentenced to 120 months in prison, a staggering 10 years of supervised release, and ordered to pay a significant $73,000 in restitution for possessing images and videos of child sexual abuse.
