Beaver Falls resident Joshua Snowden, 25, is facing serious consequences for his alleged involvement in violating federal firearms laws. The 19-count indictment was handed down by a federal grand jury in Pittsburgh.

According to the indictment, Snowden made false statements to purchase firearms from licensed dealers on three separate occasions: October 1, 2020, October 3, 2020, and November 10, 2020. It is alleged that he was acting at the direction of another person and intended to deliver the firearms to that individual.
