Josue Franco, Possessing Contraband in Prison, Pennsylvania 2026

An indictment has been returned against Josue Franco, a 30-year-old inmate at the Federal Correctional Institution (FCI) Allenwood in Pennsylvania, for possessing contraband in prison.

According to the indictment, Franco was found to be in possession of methamphetamine, a Schedule II controlled substance, on September 10, 2025.

The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) investigated the case, and Assistant United States Attorney Robin Zenzinger is prosecuting.

United States Attorney Brian D. Miller stated that the indictment alleges that Franco knowingly possessed a controlled substance while an inmate at FCI Allenwood.
