Kabryen Sharrod Ross, aka ‘Juice,’ a 33-year-old man from Tifton, Georgia, has been handed a harsh 10-year prison sentence for his role in armed fentanyl trafficking.
Ross, a notorious figure in the Tifton streets, was found guilty of selling heroin laced with fentanyl from an outdoor table. He went to great lengths to avoid detection, maintaining a burn barrel to quickly dispose of evidence and offering discounts or trades for wood pallets to keep the fire burning.
Ross’s brazen operation was brought to a halt after he pleaded guilty to one count of distribution of fentanyl and one count of possession of a firearm in furtherance of a drug trafficking crime on July 30, 2025.
The 10-year sentence, handed down by Senior U.S. District Judge W. Louis Sands on April 2, is a stark reminder of the consequences of engaging in armed fentanyl trafficking.
Ross’s case serves as a warning to those involved in the illicit fentanyl trade: the penalties for armed fentanyl trafficking are severe, and the law will not hesitate to deliver justice.
The DOJ’s efforts to combat fentanyl trafficking have yielded significant results in recent years, and this case is a testament to the tireless work of law enforcement agencies in the state of Arkansas.
Kabryen Sharrod Ross, aka ‘Juice,’ will serve his 10-year sentence followed by five years of supervised release, with no parole available in the federal system.
As the Grimy Times continues to shed light on the dark underbelly of the fentanyl trade, one thing remains clear: the war on fentanyl will not be won overnight, but with continued vigilance and dedication, justice will be served.
