Porter came under scrutiny after a detective witnessed him fire a single round at another man while arguing on Spruce Avenue. The confrontation escalated when Porter chased the male victim, who rode off on a bicycle. In a swift response, officers arrested Porter and discovered he had approximately 2.73 grams of methamphetamine on him.
