Kansas City, MO – Keith R. Hardin, a 58-year-old Kansas City resident, has been found guilty of being a felon in possession of a firearm, announced Tammy Dickinson, United States Attorney for the Western District of Missouri.
Hardin was discovered to be in possession of a Cobra .380-caliber semi-automatic handgun on January 15, 2016, while being stopped by Kansas City police officers near 35th Street and S. Benton Avenue. He was arrested on outstanding warrants and found to be carrying a loaded handgun on his left hip.
