Brenda Allen Airington, Methamphetamine Distribution, Oklahoma 2023

MUSKOGEE, OKLAHOMA — Brenda Allen Airington, 55, of Kellyville, Oklahoma, has been sentenced to 46 months imprisonment and 5 years of supervised release for her role in a drug conspiracy involving the distribution of methamphetamine. The sentence was handed down by the United States Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Oklahoma.

The Superseding Indictment against Airington detailed a conspiracy that began around late 2013 and continued until at least January 27, 2016. She is accused of knowingly conspiring with others to possess with intent to distribute and to distribute 500 grams or more of a mixture containing methamphetamine, a Schedule II controlled substance.

This case originated from the joint investigation titled “Home of the Brave,” led by the Organized Crime Drug Enforcement Task Force (OCDETF) of the Eastern District of Oklahoma. Agencies involved in the probe included the Oklahoma Bureau of Narcotics, various police departments, and federal agencies such as the DEA and the Bureau of Indian Affairs.

Presiding over the hearing was the Honorable Ronald A. White of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Oklahoma in Muskogee. Airington will remain in custody pending transportation to a federal facility where her sentence will be served without parole.

Assistant United States Attorney Shannon Henson represented the United States in this case, which underscores the government’s commitment to combating drug trafficking in the region.
