CLARKSBURG, WEST VIRGINIA – A local man has been brought to justice for his role in a scheme to defraud the government of thousands of dollars in benefits.

Kenneth Boyles, 52, of Clarksburg, West Virginia, was sentenced to six months in prison and ordered to pay back more than $240,000 for health care fraud, United States Attorney Bill Powell announced.

According to the evidence presented in court, Boyles pled guilty to one count of ‘Health Care Fraud’ in January 2018.
