Probation Sentence for Kintrell Williams

A New Orleans man has been sentenced to 3 years of probation for his role in a heroin distribution scheme. Kintrell WILLIAMS, also known as ‘Trell,’ was found guilty of conspiracy to distribute and possess with intent to distribute a quantity of heroin in violation of Title 21, United States Code, Sections 841(a)(1), 841(b)(1)(C), 841(b)(1)(D) and 846.

WILLIAMS, 43, was named in a six-count second superseding indictment filed in this district on October 17, 2019. He pleaded guilty to count one of the second superseding indictment on December 3, 2020.

According to court documents, WILLIAMS and his co-conspirators sold drugs in the Hollygrove neighborhood in and around a corner-store in 2017 and 2018.
