A federal judge in the Western District of Kentucky has handed down a sentence to a local man accused of narcotics distribution.
Langlois, a 32-year-old Louisville resident, was found guilty on multiple counts of possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine and cocaine. According to court documents, Langlois was involved in a large-scale narcotics operation that spanned several counties in the Louisville area.
Prosecutors alleged that Langlois was responsible for distributing over 10 kilograms of methamphetamine and 1 kilogram of cocaine. The investigation, led by the Drug Enforcement Administration, revealed a complex network of drug dealers and suppliers who were working under Langlois’ direction.
