The program was launched on May 26, 2021, with the goal of strengthening PSN based on core principles such as fostering trust and legitimacy in our communities, supporting community-based organizations, and setting focused and strategic enforcement priorities.

The Honorable Ronald A. White, Chief U.S. District Judge in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Oklahoma, presided over the hearing, which resulted in Carroll’s sentence of 15 months in prison. Assistant U.S. Attorneys Kevin Gross and T. Cameron McEwen represented the United States in the case, working to ensure that justice was served and that Carroll was held accountable for her actions.
