Acting U.S. Attorney William D. Weinreb and other law enforcement officials announced the sentencing today.

Assistant U.S. Attorney William F. Abely of the Worcester Branch Office prosecuted the case.

The charges against Franco include possession of cocaine with intent to distribute and illegal re-entry of a deported alien.
