Lyle Daniel Mousseau, a 42-year-old man from McLaughlin, South Dakota, has been charged with third degree burglary and aiding and abetting, federal authorities announced this week.
According to the indictment, Mousseau and his co-conspirator, Alexander Guy Jones, unlawfully entered and remained in an unoccupied structure, NAPA Auto and Truck of McLaughlin, with intent to commit the crime of larceny on or about July 11, 2018.
