Malcolm Kinyon, owner of a music company, is facing charges of cocaine trafficking in New York. According to a recent indictment, Kinyon allegedly used his company, ‘Outta They League,’ as a front to run a cocaine trafficking business.
Twelve defendants were taken into custody on May 24, 2024, and will be presented in White Plains federal court. Malcolm Kinyon was previously arrested on a complaint, and two other defendants, Davion McAdams and Anton Miller, remain at large.
The defendants allegedly distributed multiple kilograms of cocaine in and around Poughkeepsie each month. The cocaine sales were made by Kinyon and his associates, members of a criminal drug-trafficking organization that also called itself OTL.
The investigation into the cocaine trafficking ring was a collaborative effort between the FBI, the New York State Police, the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York, and local law enforcement agencies. The case is a prime example of the commitment to keeping dangerous drugs off the streets.
The indictment charges Kinyon and his associates with various crimes, including cocaine trafficking and money laundering. The case is ongoing, and further details will be released as more information becomes available.
