A man has been arrested in connection with a homicide investigation that spanned nearly five years. The suspect, identified as 32-year-old John Doe, was taken into custody on April 10, 2023 in Springfield, Massachusetts.
According to the Western Mass News, the arrest comes after a lengthy investigation into the murder of a 25-year-old woman whose body was found in a wooded area in 2019.
The suspect is facing charges of first-degree murder and is being held without bail pending a court appearance.
