Laun Leroy McCloskey, Abusive Sexual Contact, South Dakota 2013

A Rosebud, South Dakota, resident has been sentenced to 37 months in custody for his role in an abusive sexual contact case. Laun Leroy McCloskey, 19, was convicted of having sexual contact with a minor on March 16, 2013.

According to court documents, McCloskey was indicted by a federal grand jury on April 2, 2013, and pled guilty to the charge on April 30, 2013. The conviction stems from the incident, which took place on March 16, 2013.

McCloskey’s sentence also includes eight years of supervised release and a $100 fine to the Federal Crime Victims Fund. He was remanded to the custody of the U.S. Marshals Service following the sentencing.
