A 40-year prison sentence has been handed down to Robert Lee Johnson, a man convicted of stabbing his 81-year-old partner to death in Bexar County, Texas.
According to court records, Johnson was found guilty of murder on March 10, 2024 and was sentenced on April 12, 2024.
The victim, whose name has not been released, was found dead at their home on January 15, 2024 with multiple stab wounds.
Johnson was arrested and charged with murder shortly after the discovery of the victim’s body.
