Marshall D. Tourtillott, Sexual Abuse of a Minor, Wisconsin 2013

Neopit, WI – In a disturbing case of sex abuse, Marshall D. Tourtillott, 26, of Neopit, Wisconsin, has been sentenced to 37 months imprisonment followed by five years of supervised release for the sexual abuse of a minor. This crime was committed on the Menominee Indian Reservation in the state of Wisconsin.
