Erie, Pa. – In a shocking turn of events, Mark Daniel Fenstermaker, 38, has been charged with a string of violent crimes in Oil City, Pennsylvania. According to the indictment, Fenstermaker committed a brazen robbery at Spanky’s Tobacco World in Venango County on October 14, 2021.
