A 29-year-old Mexican national with a history of deportation and ID theft has been sentenced to time served in a Louisiana federal court.
Daniel Aldair Quezada-Quezada, aka Cristobal Flores, was busted by federal agents in December 2024 after claiming employment at Gulf South Services in Gray, LA.
Quezada-Quezada used a fake South Carolina State ID and Social Security card to secure the job, claiming to be a US citizen.
But when investigators dug deeper, they found the SSN belonged to a real US citizen.
Quezada-Quezada had previously been deported on June 9, 2020, and re-entered the US without authorization.
