LAREDO, Texas – In a brazen display of violence, a 27-year-old undocumented Mexican national has been sentenced to 51 months in federal prison for assaulting a Border Patrol agent during his arrest, the Grimy Times has learned. Roman Sanchez-Rivera pleaded guilty to the charges on February 17, 2017, and has been in custody since his arrest on December 1, 2016.
