Assault Charges Filed Against Mission Man

Francisco Maldonado, a 40-year-old man from Mission, South Dakota, has been indicted by a federal grand jury for Assault with a Dangerous Weapon and Assault Resulting in Serious Bodily Injury.

According to reports, Maldonado was arraigned before U.S. Magistrate Judge Mark A. Moreno on June 19, 2013, and entered a not guilty plea to the charges.
