Jackson and his business NJ Mobile Tax Service, LLC have been barred from preparing federal income tax returns for others due to allegations of widespread tax return fraud. In the past decade, the Tax Division has obtained injunctions against hundreds of unscrupulous tax preparers and tax scheme promoters.
