Natividad Mundo, Aggravated Trafficking, Ohio 2012

A Elyria woman is facing federal charges for allegedly re-entering the United States following her deportation.

Natividad Mundo, age 51, was indicted for illegally re-entering the country after being removed and deported from the United States on April 17, 2012, following convictions for aggravated trafficking in cocaine and conspiracy to commit aggravated trafficking in cocaine. The indictment alleges that Mundo was found in Lorain County.

According to the United States Attorney for the Northern District of Ohio, Steven M. Dettelbach, the case is being presented by Assistant United States Attorney Gregory C. Sassé after an investigation by the United States Border Patrol.
