Paige Kincheloe, Accessing with Intent to View Child Pornography, New York 2026

Grimy Times has learned that a 27-year-old woman from Glen Park, New York, pleaded guilty to accessing with intent to view child pornography.

According to sources, Paige Kincheloe, 27, of Glen Park, New York, admitted to engaging in social media chats on Telegram with a man in Colorado between May and August 2024. During this period, she received several child pornography files, including some depicting very young children engaged in sex acts with adults, and viewed those files.

Kincheloe further admitted that she sent messages back indicating how much she liked the material and asked for more child pornography.

As part of her guilty plea, Kincheloe faces a maximum imprisonment term of 20 years, a post-release term of supervision of at least 5 years and up to life, a $250,000 fine, various special assessments, restitution to victims, and will be required to register as a sex offender upon her release from prison.

First Assistant United States Attorney John A. Sarcone III stated that Kincheloe’s admitted conduct is deeply disturbing and that she not only viewed child pornography but also encouraged someone else to send it to her, normalizing the sexual abuse of children.

The FBI, with the assistance of the New York State Police and the Department of the Army Criminal Investigation Division, investigated the case. Assistant U.S. Attorneys Michael D. Gadarian and Adrian LaRochelle are prosecuting the case as part of Project Safe Childhood, a nationwide initiative to combat the growing epidemic of child sexual exploitation and abuse led by the U.S. Attorneys’ Offices and the Criminal Division’s Child Exploitation and Obscenity Section (CEOS).

Kincheloe’s sentencing is scheduled for September 1, 2026, before United States District Judge Anthony J. Brindisi.
